If people can read the 'roll center' page - it is the roll
center that you want to lower for better handling...If you can't realize
it - the "human tolerance levels" were gotten from the NASA space
administration -- (since the 60's ) - what we derive from the tolerance
info is where the car body needs to be controlled to - I think it's 10 Mg
