61 Nomad phantom

Initially I was going to paint the inner fenders semi-flat black, but I decided to build this as a driver you can show by leaving the engine compartment and frame body color. This won't be a high-tech, high-dollar car. It's going to be a tastfully modified stocker--if Chevy ever built one of these that is!
